EXAMINATION CENTER : 

* Request for change of examination centre / venue will not be entertained.
* The Commission reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of examination centres
and to re-allot the applicants accordingly.
*  Applicants should appear for the written examinations / certificate verification / oral test at their own expenses.

SCHEME OF EXAMINATION:
*  Assistant Director of Horticulture:

* Horticultural Officer:

* The questions in subject paper “Horticulture” (Paper-I) will be set in English only and

(“General Studies” (Paper-II) will be set both in English and in Tamil.)

SELECTION PROCEDURE OF ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF HORTICULTURE AND HORTICULTURAL OFFICER: 

*  Written Examination
* Oral Test
in the shape of an interview.
* The final selection will be made on the basis of the total marks obtained
by the applicants at the written examination and oral test taken together subject to the rule of
reservation of appointments.
